  • What are your rates?

    •   Our rates vary depending on your particular event. We try to accommodate all budgets and will generally work with you to make your event special. Ask about our first time rental discount (must be requested prior to contract signing). Please call 614-623-5175 for more information!

  • Are deposits required?

    •   On some events, the security deposit can be waived, but a non-refundable booking deposit along with a signed agreement is required before a date will be held.

  • Can I pay with a credit card?

    •   Yes, we accept all major types of credit cards, along with debit cards, checks, and cash!

  • Are we allowed to bring our own catering?

    •   Yes, Westerville Conference Center does allow outside catering; however, the caterer must provide a copy of their current liability insurance and a 20% service fee will be charged on the final bill. By using our preferred caterers, the service fee is reduced to 15% - our caterers offer excellent options for any occasion. One of our preferred caterers, Creative Cuisine Catering, is located off Busch Blvd at 839 Busch Ct. They offer top quality food at very reasonable prices.   • Are we allowed to serve alcohol at your facility?

    •   Yes; however, it must be served through a caterer and at the discretion of the conference center and its staff.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    •   Smoking is only permitted outside in designated locations.

  • Do you have Audio-Visual equipment available for my event?

    •   Yes, for an additional fee, Westerville Conference Center offers state-of-the-art Audio-Visual (AV) equipment in the large conference room as well as the smaller board room. This includes a 12-foot viewing screen, projector, wireless microphones, and podiums. Our large lobby area offers a flat-screen TV that can be linked to the projector in the conference room.

  • Do you have outdoor accommodations?

    •   Yes, there is a large 1500 square foot brick patio that is accessed directly off of the large conference room.

  • Parking - is there ample parking at your facility and is there a charge?

    •   Yes, there is ample parking right outside our facility (see picture), and if more is needed we have available spots just across the street. Plus, it's FREE!

  • How close are you to a major airport?

    •   Westerville Conference Center is located only 15 minutes (13 miles) from Port Columbus International Airport.

  • How close are you to a hotel?

    •   Westerville Conference Center is located only 3 miles from the Hilton Polaris and Hilton Garden Polaris Hotels. Also, we are affiliated with the Cambria Suites Hotel of Polaris (mention the Westerville Conference Center to receive a reduced room rate). The Cambria Suites Hotel offers their guests a free shuttle service to our conference center and to the airport - call (614) 841-9100 for reservations.
